After a highly publicized divorce from wife Robyn in 2009, actor Mel Gibson is selling Lavender Hill Farm, the Malibu compound he's owned since 1993. The home, which is listed for $14,500,000, joins Old Mill Farm, Gibson's other estate on the market in Greenwich, Conn.

Located in a secluded area of Malibu known as Serra Retreat, the elaborately landscaped property offers resort-like amenities, including a pool, three guest houses, a lighted tennis court and a garden cabana. The 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom hacienda-style house features hardwood and stone floors, a library and a state-of-the-art security system.

Celebutante, reality television star and new mom Kourtney Kardashian has put her Calabasas starter home on the market for $795,000. She and boyfriend Scott Disick are reportedly looking to trade up to make room for their first son, Mason, who was born on Dec. 14. The eldest Kardashian sister originally purchased the home in 2006 for $829,000.

Located in the gated community of Creekside, the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features hardwood floors, a refrigerated wine closet, a marble bath, skylights and vaulted ceilings. The private yard has a covered patio, a fountain and lush landscaping.

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera is losing more than her braces: Since final shooting wrappped up on the ABC sitcom, the actress is now looking to unload her Hollywood Hills home so she can pursue career options in New York. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, which she purchased for $1,415,000 in 2008, is listed for $1,599,000.
