Before: The previous homeowners were missing downspouts which caused BIG problems for the stucco. An inexpensive fix ($30).
Before: Blah--- ZERO curb appeal
After:
A nice sage green exterior paint went over the white gutters and garage door. The stucco received a new color coat.
After:
New shutters ($40)
New landscaping and drip system ($270)
New front door to let more light in the house (Home Depot Clearance $200)
New exterior lights ($50 each)
New house sign (ebay $20)
Ta Daaaa!
That paint really made the exterior. Wow...
